A conversation is any session with at least one successful bot response. We don't count spam, unanswered requests, or empty sessions. You only pay for real interactions that provide value to your customers.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
If you approach your conversation limit, we'll notify you in advance. You can purchase add-on packs or upgrade to a higher plan. Your service won't be interrupted – we'll work with you to find the right solution.
Is WhatsApp included? Are Meta fees included?
WhatsApp Business API is included on every plan, from Starter to Enterprise. Meta's conversation fees are separate and billed based on your usage. We help you set up your WhatsApp Business Account and provide transparent reporting on Meta's charges.
